We have used Ultra-Safe fall protection for more than 15 years. The new mini lite dual retractable is just another innovative product that not only helps keep our people safe, but also meets the new DIN en 360 standard (Approved for foot level anchorage). This retractable is being used by both connectors and bolt-up hands, it insures 100% tie off and the ease of the equipment has made the transition very smooth.

Gotcha Retrieval System by Ultra-Safe USA

Fall Rescue planning is now a mandatory item for all erectors. How will you retrieve an employee who has fallen into his harness. The good thing is his harness has worked and he is suspended above the floor. The bad thing is, we need to get him down quickly, before the blood stops circulating in his body.

With the innovation of the Gotcha Retrieval system, and there are other similar ones on the market, but the one by Ultra-Safe USA provides ease and speed, which is absolutely essential in a time of crisis and let’s face it, there will be a little panic.

The Gotcha system comes complete in one bag, so it can continue up the building with the raising gang, and small enough to fit into a normal size gang box. Each System contains, a 14’ extendable pole, a block and tackle, rigging strap, and hand brake, the system is ready to be used in less than 3 minutes. Once you have an anchorage point you are ready. With this system you can lower the employee down or lift him up to safety.

I have used the system over the years and trained many local firefighters on its use and versatility, we do not build any high rise with our Gotcha System on hand. I highly recommend this product.
